We provide professional CCTV and wireless alarm installations, along with optional maintenance services. Company number 17050247.

2. Using Our Website
By accessing our website, you agree to:

  • Not attempt to disrupt or damage the website
  • Not copy or misuse any content without permission

3. Quotes & Pricing
  • All quotes are free and no‑obligation.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may vary if additional work is required or if the customer requests changes.
  • We will always explain any changes before proceeding.
We believe in clear, honest pricing with no hidden fees.

4. Booking & Cancellations
Booking
A booking is confirmed once a date is agreed and any required deposit is paid (if applicable).
Cancellations
  • You may cancel or reschedule an installation with reasonable notice.
  • If equipment has already been ordered specifically for your job, costs may apply.
  • We do not charge high cancellation fees — we aim to be fair and reasonable.

5. Installation
During installation, you agree to:
  • Provide safe access to the property
  • Ensure someone over 18 is present
  • Inform us of any structural or electrical issues that may affect the work
  • Ensure that there is a viable wifi connection at the property
We will always work professionally, safely, and with minimal disruption.

6. Ownership of Equipment
All equipment installed by Sentinel Shield becomes your property once paid for in full.
We do not rent equipment or lock customers into long‑term contracts. We will not provide any installers/engineers code for your equipment due to conditions imposed by suppliers of the equipment and to ensure only professional and certified installers make software changes.

7. Maintenance Plans (Optional)
We offer optional CCTV and alarm maintenance packages. These include:
  • Annual servicing
  • System health checks
  • Priority callouts
  • Discounted repairs
Maintenance plans are completely optional. You are under no obligation to take one.

8. Warranty
All installations come with a 12‑month parts and labour guarantee.
This does not cover:
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Tampering
  • Third‑party work
  • Environmental damage (e.g., storms, flooding)
After 12 months, repairs may be chargeable unless covered by a maintenance plan.

9. Payments
Payment terms will be clearly stated on your invoice.
We accept standard payment methods such as bank transfer or card (if offered).
Late payments may incur charges in line with UK late payment legislation.

10. Liability
We are not liable for:
  • Losses caused by misuse of the system
  • Issues caused by poor internet connection
  • Third‑party interference or tampering
  • Events outside our control (e.g., power cuts, extreme weather)
  • Manufacturing faults
We will always do our best to resolve issues quickly and professionally.

11. CCTV Footage & Data
Any CCTV footage recorded belongs to you.
We do not access, store, or view your footage unless you explicitly request support.
